If this is your first visit to the MASHNET Support Library, please note that you must have an active Priority Support subscription with MASHNET in order to access the online support areas. Priority Support includes FULL access to all online support areas of MASHNET and unlimited telephone, fax, email and interactive remote access. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- In order to access MASHNET Online Support, you must register your email address and create a password to login for access to these areas. Click the "Subscribe to our e-newsletter link" to setup your online account. Once you have received your account confirmation in email, you may logon using the user name and password fields in the top right-hand corner of each web page.
- If you do not have an active subscription to Priority Support, please call (256) 350-1180 to order or renew a subscription. You can also call this number if you need to speak to a technical support representative to initiate a remote access session.
- Click on the links in the middle of the page for access to the MASHNET Knowledge Base, our searchable library of technical support documentation or the Priority Support Forum to read information posted by other Priority Support subscribers. The FAQs page lists various Frequently Asked Questions documents.
