Priority Support includes a variety of customized support subscriptions. We have experience in all major hardware platforms and operating systems. Additionally, our extensive knowledge of all HIPPA and HITECH Act regulations ensure that your practice is supported based on the federal government’s compliance requirements.

Priority Support subscriptions are available in bi-annual and annual increments. Price breaks are provided for annual subscriptions. Coverage is 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. We guarantee a response within two business days or you will receive a one-month extension to your subscription for FREE!
In addition to the above phone support, self-service support is available 24/7 via our online knowledgebase. Users logging on to MASHNET’s Priority Support Forum or the MASHNET Knowledge Base can search for, download and print timely technical support documents and participate in our interactive forum. Should there be an issue that cannot be resolved over the phone, MASHNET provides on-site workstation support at a discounted rate.
