MASH, Inc. licenses the All-payer version of PC-ACE Pro32 annually. The annual license fee will include all required quarterly updates. For 2010, annual software license fees are:
One user $1,200 Two users $1,995 Three users $2,495 Four or more users $795 each
Please note, you MUST have a broadband Internet connection with which to download quarterly updates. The software will NOT function if not updated quarterly as required by the publisher, SDI. Clients without a broadband connection must pay an additional $75.00 each quarter for updates distributed to them on CD.
Additional services
Submitter ID registration services
MASHNET provides registration services for new and existing Submitter EDI Enrollment Forms, BCBS of Alabama, Medicare Part B and Availity submitters. The cost is $125.00 per registration regardless of the number of providers. After the initial setup, if practices require the registration of additional providers or add additional services, such as the Availity clearinghouse services, additional registration fees will apply.

We will accept fax copies of the form at our toll-free fax number (877) 350-7456 for order processing. However, please note that orders will not be installed until we have received the original forms in the mail for countersignature by the Management of M.A.S.H., Inc. A fully executed copy of the forms will be sent back to the ordering practice.
